At Studio Rim, we understand how important each purchase is to you. That’s why we encourage all our customers to carefully read this Refund Policy before placing an order and especially before requesting a return.

 

We are committed to transparency, fairness, and upholding your rights as a customer. Please note that we only offer refunds for items that are damaged or faulty. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases under any circumstances.

Our policy aligns strictly with the Australian Consumer Law and relevant regulations.

To be eligible for a refund due to a damaged or faulty item, you must:

  • Contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order. 
  • Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Submit clear photos of the product, the packaging, and the damage or defect.

We take great care in quality control and packaging, and we’re here to support you if something goes wrong. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help – within the boundaries of our policy.

Exchange Policy

 

 

At Studio Rim, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

If you would like to request an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your item.

  • You must provide proof of purchase along with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the condition of the product.

The item must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

  • Each item is eligible for exchange only once.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping fees may vary depending on the size and weight of the item.

  • A $6 handling fee will also apply to all exchanges.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in original condition, which means:

  • All tags and labels must be attached.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

  • No signs of wear, including but not limited to:

    • Makeup stains

    • Perfume or fabric softener scents

    • Shoe marks or scuffs

 

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to decline your exchange request. In such cases, we may return the item to you, and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
